I was brought up in Taiwan and the States as a bilingual-Chinese and English, with a B.A. degree in Social Work. Been teaching English in Japan, Korea, Taiwan and Germany since 1995 almost non-stop has helped me develop strong interpersonal skills in working with different people cross different cultures.

Attending courses in teaching English as a foreign language and numerous workshops have directed me to be a professional English trainer long since.

Working as an English trainer has been my passion since on my very first working day. I am a creative and non-conventional trainer.

I enjoy up-to-day teaching methods, materials and finding the challenge and inspiration from each of my students. I recognize that fun is not only the core of the motivation of students but also for a trainer.

Encouraging, interactive, challenging, stimulating, non-monologic and eventually developing independent learning are important elements in my lessons. A good lesson plan, a clear course guideline, recognizing the needs and the goals of students are equally essential in my every course.
