I have been working as an intercultural trainer with great joy and enthusiasm since 2012. I was born in China, studied German at Nanjing University and then obtained an MSc in International Management from the School of Oriental and African Studies at the University of London (SOAS). After many years of working experience at international companies, I completed training as an intercultural trainer and coach.

I spent the first 28 years of my life in China, where I studied at one of the best universities and then worked for a Chinese trading company. The company exported high-quality textiles for European fashion labels. I looked after 15 European companies and was responsible for all export processes. Then I went to London and completed a Masters in Management. At that time, I commuted between London, Hanover and Shanghai. My second career was with Sunseeker China GmbH. In order to open up the yacht market in China, I was sent from Germany to Shanghai for 5 years, where I built and led a new team as Chief Operating Officer. This included, among other things, the sale of yachts, presence at international boat shows and business relations with Chinese high-end customers, authorities and partners.

Since 2012, I've been sharing my experiences with different cultures as an intercultural trainer. My target audience is specialists and managers of international companies. Because I can draw on many examples from my real life and work, my training is particularly lively, humorous, and authentic. The positive feedback from clients and the frequent comments like "If I had known this earlier, I could have avoided it" reinforce my work and motivate me for future intercultural training.
